The City of Olean Department of Public Works is soliciting the services of a professional engineering firm to create and implement a plan for sanitary sewer inflow and infiltration (I/I) mitigation. The City is also requesting an update to the capacity, management, operation and maintenance (CMOM) program for use in maintaining the sanitary sewer collection system.
