SEATTLE — A fire at a building under construction in Seattle's Mt. Baker neighborhood created a large plume of smoke early Friday morning above Lake Washington. The Seattle Fire Department first posted that crews were responding to a building in the area of the 4000 block of 43rd Avenue South.
