    TBI: Missing Kingsport 11-month-old found safe

    UPDATE: According to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation, Dreama Powell has been found safe at a residence in Lebanon, Tennessee.

    Taylor Powell is in custody, the TBI reported.

    KINGSPORT, Tenn. (WJHL) — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has issued an Endangered Child Alert for a missing 11-month-old in Kingsport.

    According to the TBI, Dreama Powell was last seen earlier this month and is believed to be with her mother, Taylor Powell.

    A warrant has been issued for Taylor Powell, charging her with custodial interference, the TBI stated.

    Powell has brown hair and brown eyes and is 2 feet, 2 inches tall and weighs 15 pounds.
