This year’s Dairy Berry Day
Dairy Berry Day took place June 27 this year from 6-8 p.m. in Band Stand Park in Dassel. The Dassel Ambassadors started the event, which has become a yearly event. “During Covid, it was shut down for a year or two and just recently we just brought it back. It’s kind of just a fun community event, it gets our Dassel ambassadors and candidates out into the community, just to show their faces and have them get to know people. The ice cream is donated from the Meeker County Dairy Association and then we have The Dassel-Cokato drumline performing for us. Just a fun community event,” said Committee Coordinator for The Dassel Ambassadors Angie Shrupp.
