ST LOUIS CITY OPEN LEAGUES CUP WITH 2-1 WIN OVER DALLAS
A pair of newcomers to the St Louis City SC lineup netted goals to secure a 2-1 Leagues Cup win Saturday night at CITYPark against FC Dallas. The hosts fell behind in the 18th minute when defender Sam Junqua put Dallas on the board. St Louis City equalized nine minutes later with a goal from Cedric Teuchert. Four minutes into the second half, Marcel Hartel sent City ahead for good with a goal in his debut for St Louis. City will next host FC Juarez on August 4th.
