K-9 Used in Arrest of Mount Carmel Man
The News Item reports a Mount Carmel man is facing multiple felonies following an incident Saturday night when bail agents tried to take him into custody. 21-year-old Cody Moser was ordered to exit an apartment building and when he refused, a K9 was used to locate Moser. As Moser was attempting to flee from police, he allegedly broke into another apartment through a door and broke a window to try to escape. He was sent to Northumberland County Prison following his arrest.
