JASPER COUNTY, Mo. (KOAM) — Just before 5:30 p.m. Wednesday a storm rolled through areas of Duenweg, Carterville and Scotland.

>> East 7th and County Lane 175, near the Tara Motel.

In Scotland sheet metal building at a trucking company just off County Lane 175 was stripped of its metal. A semi trailer was blown on its side.

Numerous trees down in Scotland and less than 50 are without power as Liberty Utilities arrived to take some limbs off lines and reset some infrastructure.

Neighbors lost sheds, roof damage everywhere is prevalent. We spotted a roofing company vehicle going up and down the roads numerous times.
