    LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (KOAM) — The Arkansas State Police arrest a man after leading officers on a pursuit ending in a North Little Rock rail yard.

    Elvin Richard , 29, fled from Troopers while driving a motorcoach bus stolen earlier Thursday morning.

    It all began about 7:45 a.m., when the bus fled from Troopers on I-40 east before turning onto Hwy-161 and then onto railroad tracks.

    The bus had been reported stolen from Little Rock at approximately 3 a.m.

    The suspect drove the bus into the Union Pacific Rail Yard Terminal , located at 1020 West Bethany, North Little Rock, where a Trooper disabled the bus by shooting its tires.

    Richard, who was not injured, was arrested on a Probation Violation Warrant and transported to the Pulaski County Detention Center.

    He also has criminal holds pending the following charges:

    • BREAKING OR ENTERING
    • FAIL TO STOP AFTER ACCIDENT
    • FLEEING - FELONY- VEHICLE OR CONVEYANCE - SUBSTANTIAL DANGER OF DEATH
    • COMMERCIAL BURGLARY
    • CRIMINAL MISCHIEF 1ST DEGREE - DAMAGES
