Wallet Wednesday: Saving a little extra in tough times

PORTLAND, Ore. ( KOIN ) — Times are tough for American families, especially with kids headed back to school.

With the growing cost of living, inflated groceries and school supplies, having a savings account could be the last thing on your mind when it comes to finances.

AM Extra was joined by Erik Selden, Senior Vice President and Commercial Team Leader for Washington Trust Bank, with tips on how to save money.
