SPRINGFIELD, Mo–The Ozarks Lunkers Arena League indoor football team is changing its leadership.

The Lunkers announced Wednesday night that they are replacing Caleb Scott as general manager.

In a statement, owner Mark Burgess said the decision to replace Scott was a difficult one.

Burgess did not name a replacement.

The move comes less then a month after the inaugural season ended.

The Lunkers were 3-5 in the first year of play.

The Arena League had four teams in its first season.

It’s expected to add Eau Claire, Wisconsin and Hot Springs, Arkansas in 2025.
