Break-In at Burnsville: Two Arrested in Restaurant Burglary Spree
On July 7, 2024, deputies from the Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department responded to a reported burglary at El Corral restaurant in Burnsville, MS. Upon arrival, law enforcement confirmed that the establishment had been unlawfully accessed and several items were reported missing. Following an investigation, authorities apprehended two suspects later the same day. The individuals, identified as Emmett Lee Voyles (27) and Cody Andrue Grissom (30), both residents of Burnsville, MS, were charged with Burglary of a Commercial Building. Tishomingo County Justice Court Judge Seth Adams subsequently set bond at $20,000 for each defendant. According to Tishomingo County Sheriff’s Department, the investigation into the incident remains ongoing as they continue to gather evidence and conduct interviews.
