Lafourche Parish government aware of oil spill in Bayou Lafourche
RACELAND, La. — Lafourche Parish government said they are aware of an oil spill in the Bayou Lafourche south of LA Route 182 in Raceland. Officials in Lafourche say the leak was caused by a valve failure at a plant in Raceland and the discharge from the valve went into Bayou Lafourche.
