The closure, part of an overlay project, will occur from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. Monday through Friday and is expected to last until Friday, May 24, weather permitting.

The official detour routes drivers to exit 124, then to the 106th St. roundabout, and back onto U.S. 31 south to I-465.

INDOT advises drivers to slow down, use caution, and avoid distractions in work zones. All work is weather-dependent and schedules may change.

Motorists can monitor road closures, conditions, and traffic alerts via Facebook at facebook.com/INDOTEast, Twitter at @INDOTEast, TrafficWise at 511in.org, and the INDOT mobile app available on the iTunes App Store and Google Play store.
