(KRON) — Alameda Health System needs help identifying a patient who was found in Richmond and arrived at Wilma Chan Highland Hospital on July 24 without any identification.

The man is between 26-35 years old and has large tattoos on his arms with the names “Chase” and “Kiersten.” He has dark hair, 5-feet, 8-inches tall, and weighs 175 pounds.

His identity remained a mystery as of Thursday afternoon.

“Hospital staff have been unable to verify his identity through canvassing, fingerprinting, and have exhausted all efforts with the help of a private investigator and law enforcement,” Alameda Health System staff members wrote. “He is incapacitated and critically ill.”

The patient was unconscious when he was found near railroad tracks between San Joaquin Street and Interstate-580 in Richmond.
