ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – City officials say upcoming projects will create more than 300 new housing units in Albuquerque.

Albuquerque couple accused of armed robberies at 3 Blake’s Lotaburgers and a dispensary

The projects would include transforming the empty gold-trimmed office buildings at the intersection of San Mateo and Central into apartments; the Highlands Central Market and Residence Inn project near Presbyterian Hospital that would offer extended stay hotel rooms; a project that would turn a vacant lot on Central and Alcazar into affordable housing units for seniors and a project to bring townhomes to Garfield Ave. in Nob Hill.
