    Woman accused of driving drunk, crashing into Gallup police vehicle

    GALLUP, N.M. (KRQE) – The Gallup Police Department said a suspected drunk driver hit one of their patrol cars and took off. Police said the driver, 35-year-old Michelle Silversmythe, crashed into a vehicle in front of her and then crashed over a median. That’s when she hit the patrol vehicle.

    Albuquerque murder suspect will be held behind bars through trial

    Officers said she fled the scene but later crashed into another car shortly after. Silversmythe was arrested for DWI. No one was hurt.
