ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – An Albuquerque man was sentenced after pleading guilty to aggravated shoplifting. Last year, a security guard told police that Roberto Vigil walked into the Walgreens at Central and Eubank, set a backpack down, and began grabbing items off the shelves. When he was told to pay for the items, Vigil pulled a gun and threatened to shoot him.
