Local art shown off during event at coffee, beer business in North Valley

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. (KRQE) – A local art event brought the community together to barter, trade, and treasure art in the North Valley.

Sunday Service Motor Company specializes in coffee and beer, and in the spirit of Labor Day, they teamed up with “the Gallery by Art” to share all types of masterpieces from up-cycled works to original art.

Organizers said events like these are just a reflection of the artists that call the community home, and they’re happy to offer a space to bring creativity together.

“You’re gonna see what Albuquerque has to offer, man. I think it’s just an authentic offering of artists in Albuquerque,” said Carlos Contreras, a Motor Co. tenant.

Attendees could enjoy a cup of coffee while browsing the collectible and local art.
