Kroger experiences systemwide outage, including Dillons

DAYTON, Ohio (KSNW) — Kroger experienced issues Friday with its websites and mobile app platforms.

The intermittent outages affected all of Kroger’s brands, including Dillons. Users visiting the Dillons website received an error message or no page loaded. The mobile app also gave error messages like the one below.

Our sister station, WDTN in Dayton, Ohio, contacted Kroger at their corporate offices in Cincinnati about outages.

Currently Kroger is experiencing a system error impacting our customers’ ability to interface with Kroger and Kroger banner apps and websites. We understand the inconvenience this may cause, and teams are actively working to restore services in a timely manner.

The systems were fully restored early Friday evening. The company has yet to say what caused the outage.
