    RFK Jr. will officially be on the presidential ballot in KS

    TOPEKA ( KSNT ) – Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has officially secured his spot on ballots across Kansas this November.

    Kansas Secretary of State (SOS) Scott Schwab announced Friday in a news release that RFK Jr. will appear on ballots this November in the Sunflower State. A petition submitted by the candidate has been officially approved.

    “Mr. Kennedy met the candidate filing deadline of Monday, August 5, by noon, submitting the necessary petition. To qualify as an independent candidate for President and appear on the state’s ballot, a minimum of 5,000 signatures from registered Kansas voters was required. “He has met these requirements.”

    This comes a week after RFK Jr. suspended his independent campaign for president and decided to endorse Republican nominee Donald Trump.
