    National Thrift Store Day: North Dakotans love the activity

    NORTH DAKOTA ( KXNET ) — We all know the lyric, “Hey, Macklemore, can we go thrift shopping?” from Macklemore & Ryan Lewis’s “Thrift Shop.”

    With National Thrift Store Day on August 17, many people will be heading out to search for new treasures.

    Catch the start of the high school rodeo season

    BetMassachusetts.com took an interest and found out which states are most into thrifting — where did North Dakota end up?

    ND was ranked the sixth most into the activity out of the 50 states. Minnesota was ranked third with Montana rounding out the top 10 in 10th place.

    Take advantage of the day and head out to your favorite thrift store.
