    Grain dryer fire Sunday at AGT Foods in northeast Minot

    MINOT, ND ( KXNET ) — Fire flared up Sunday in a grain dryer at AGT Foods in northeast Minot.

    Minot firefighters were called to the facility around 2:43 p.m. and quickly extinguished the blaze in one of the outdoor grain dryers.

    Crews then assisted company staff with opening the dump shoot to release the product damaged in the fire.

    According to investigators, the cause of the fire was overheating of the grain product in the dryer.

    No one was injured in the blaze.
