    Spokane's Indigenous community gathers for Pow-Wow at the Falls

    SPOKANE, Wash. - The Spokane Convention Center was filled with the vibrant energy of hundreds of people who gathered for the start of a two-day Pow-Wow at the Falls.

    The atmosphere was filled with sounds of drumming, dancing and celebration as the indigenous community came together to honor and share their rich cultural heritage.

    Pow-Wow at the Falls is part of the Expo '74 50th Anniversary Celebration which celebrates heritage and history of the Spokane area.

    The celebration runs Saturday, May 25 and Sunday, May 26. Doors open each day at 10:30.
