    La Crosse Police: Monday marks 19 years since 15-year-old's disappearance

    LA CROSSE (WKBT) -- Monday marks 19 years since the disappearance of a 15-year-old last seen in La Crosse.

    In an update Wednesday, La Crosse Police say they are still actively investigating Madeline K. Edman's disappearance.

    At the time she disappeared, Madeline was 5' 4", 100 lbs. with brown hair. She is biracial and has two different color eyes -- one brown and one blue. She has multiple tattoos, including a cross on her right arm, a heart on her left hip and the letters "TC on her right ankle.

    The Wisconsin DOJ's Clearinghouse for Missing and Exploited Children and Adults lists Madeline as an "endangered runaway".

    Madeline would be 34 years old now. Below is a DOJ age-progressed picture estimating what she may look like as an adult:
