Mom jailed after her baby, toddler left alone in Roanoke Rapids, police say
ROANOKE RAPIDS, N.C. (WNCN) — A Roanoke Rapids mom took her boyfriend to work Saturday night but left her baby and toddler alone, police said. Wilmington Municipal Golf Course to close for verticutting and aerification
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Wilmington Municipal Golf Course will be closed for five days for some general course maintenance. According to the City of Wilmington’s website, the course will be closed starting at noon on Monday, July 15th through Friday, July 19th. This is for verticutting and aerification of the tees, fairways and greens. The website says this necessary to keep the course in good condition throughout the year. The course will reopen on Saturday, July 20th.
