NEW ORLEANS – James Madison track & field received academic team recognition from the U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA), as announced by the organization. LOUISVILLE, Ky. – The National Fastpitch Softball Coaches Association (NFCA) announced that 11 James Madison softball players were named 2024 Scholar All-Americans. To be eligible for the award, student-athletes must have posted a grade-point average of 3.50 or better during the 2023-24 academic year. In all, 11 JMU players were recognized, as the Dukes finished the year with a team GPA of 3.443.
