Wisconsin woman dies following ORV crash in Delta County

DELTA COUNTY, Mich. (WJMN) – A woman from Ladysmith, Wisconsin has died as the result of an ORV crash on Sunday.

According to Michigan State Police (MSP), Troopers from the Gladstone post were called out to 28 Rd., just west of Highway 13 around 3:15 p.m. on Sunday.

Life-saving efforts were supported by Tri-Star EMS and Rampart EMS, but the passenger, a woman from Ladysmith, Wisconsin, did not survive. The driver, a man from Rapid River survived, but his condition and identity were not provided by authorities.

The cause of the crash has not been identified as the incident remains under investigation.

Troopers from the Gladstone Post were dispatched at approximately 3:15pm on 7/7/24 to 28 Rd.
