One Car Stolen from Stag Trail Residence in Fairfield, Two Others Burglarized
FAIRFIELD, NJ -- The theft of a vehicle from a Stag Trail residence remains under investigation by Fairfield police. The incident occurred on Thursday, July 11 between 2:45 a.m. and 3:05 a.m. Two other vehicles in the neighborhood were burglarized on Angeline Court during that time frame, police say.CLICK HERE TO SIGN UP FOR THE FREE TAPINTO.NET NEWSLETTER All three vehicles were unlocked. The vehicle that was stolen was a white Audi Q5 with New Jersey licence plate U56 SVW. Surveillance video shows a white Acura TL with New Jersey licence plate K15 RDE occupied four times burglarizing two vehicles on Angeline Court, and the same Acura was left at the scene of the Stag Trail motor vehicle theft. Pickleball and Tennis Courts in North Caldwell to Close for Construction
NORTH CALDWELL, NJ -- A construction project to upgrade the Liberty Park tennis and pickleball courts will begin on Wednesday, July 24. Orange County to Purchase Maple Avenue Building
CHESTER – On Monday, July 9, Orange County Executive Steve Neuhaus officially signed the resolution, entering into an agreement to purchase the Maple Avenue Building located in the Village of Chester. The future of the building has been under consideration for some time, including a failed referendum in 2019 until on July 2nd, the Orange County Legislature moved the process of acquiring ownership along with a unanimous vote.
