WAYNE, NJ – Two men were arrested on Friday afternoon for Attempted Theft (among several other charges) when they were caught red-handed trying to steal shipped cell phones off the porch of a home on Laurel Drive in Wayne Township. Weeks earlier, the homeowner reportedly had a shipment of cell phones stolen from his porch “as soon as they had been delivered,” so this time he called in Wayne’s Finest. E. STROUDSBURG, Pa. -- Court records out of Monroe County allege a 43-year-old man recorded two girls and an adult woman in the bathroom with hidden cameras. John Swineford, 43, of East Stroudsburg is accused of recording footage of a 17-year-old and 12-year-old without their knowledge. A man employed by East Stroudsburg Area School District is accused of recording his fiancée's two minor daughters in the bathroom without their knowledge.
