NCDOT adopts traffic signal policy for improving pedestrian safety
RALEIGH — As new pedestrian signals are installed or existing ones are upgraded, the N.C. Department of Transportation is programming them with an enhanced safety feature. Detectives with the Davidson County Sheriff’s Office T.R.A.C.E. Team, assigned to the Special Investigations Division, began investigating the theft of a Caterpillar 953C Track Loader, valued at $110,000.00 from the Thomasville community. During the investigation, Detectives, assisted by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office, Stokes County Sheriff’s Office, Kernersville Police Department and the North Carolina Highway Patrol, developed leads and identified the suspects involved in the larceny. As the investigation evolved, numerous individuals were arrested and charged.
