(Lancaster County, PA) -- More information is being released about a horse and buggy crash in Lancaster County last weekend. State police say a vehicle driving on Lincoln Highway collided with the rear of the buggy on Sunday, sending all eight people inside of it to the hospital. The driver of the vehicle, identified as 27-year-old James Walkergoutal, was arrested and faces charges including DUI aggravated assault. The conditions of the victims are not known at this time.
