McCONNELSVILLE — Southeast Ohio's inaugural Lavender Festival is set to transform McConnelsville from 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Aug. 17. Hosted by Bellavenue Manor at 207 S. 10th St., this free event marks a fragrant milestone for the region.
