Kelsey Plum Turns Heads With New UFC-Inspired Shoes From Under Armour

Kelsey Plum has garnered quite an amount of star power throughout her career in the WNBA with the Las Vegas Aces, but a new league and sport is coming calling.

The UFC is trying to get into the Kelsey Plum business, and it's hard to blame them.

Ahead of their UFC303 card on Saturday night, the Ultimate Fighting Championship announced that they partnered with both Under Armour and Plum to release a new UFC version of the Breakthrough 5 PEs.

The shoes have the UFC logo on the back, with the KP initials on the inside of the shoe lining, or "in the cage."

"I will never be in the cage, I promise you that," Plum said about a future in the UFC after her WNBA career is over.

Another feature of the shoes is the leather from actual MMA gloves is used, while the design of a cage is on the heel.

"I need to send Dana a little pic," Plum said, referring to Dana White.

We may never see Plum in the cage, but we will likely see her in these shoes for a game this year with the Aces.
