The professor-turned-mass shooter who killed three people at the University of Nevada Las Vegas in December had oxycodone and meds for erectile dysfunction in his system when he opened fire in the targetted attack.

Anthony Polito, who had failed to get a professorship at the university despite several attempts, had tadalafil — which is used to treat ED — and 15 nanograms per milliliter of oxycodone in his system, according to a Clark County coroner’s report obtained by 8 News Now.

The typical dose of oxycodone prescribed to adults is five milligrams every six hours, the report stated.

Polito, 67, suffered six gunshot wounds — to his face, neck, chest, abdomen, elbow, and leg — during a shoot-out with cops that left him dead, the coroner found.

The disgruntled former professor, who taught at a different college for over a decade, shot dead three processors at UNLV and injured a fourth on December 6.

Lee Business School professors Dr. Jerry Cha-Jan Chang, Dr. Patricia Navarro Velez, and College of Liberal Arts professor Dr. Naoko Takemaru were killed by Polito.

And laminated index card with names and room numbers listed — which Polito was found carrying — indicated that he had more targets he would have gone after if he had not been killed by police, according to the coroner’s report.

The mass shooter taught at East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina from 2001 until he resigned in 2017. At least two students accused him of making inappropriate comments or advances while studying at the college.

A former student reported him in 2016 after he commented on her clothes in front of the whole class.

“He said to me that if I wore a shirt that low cut for the rest of the semester, I’d be sure to get an A,” Kristin Marshburn said.

She immediately reported his sleazy comment to the business school’s dean and Polito never returned to class after the report was made.

He resigned from his tenured associate professor position in January 2017. It’s unclear if he left due to the report and investigation into his comment.

Poltio later applied to UNLV to teach but he was rejected approximately nine times, 8NewsNow reported.
