    Game recap: Caitlin Clark, Indiana Fever lose to Las Vegas Aces

    The Indiana Fever (8-12), coming off a comeback win in Phoenix, visits the defending WNBA champion Las Vegas Aces (10-6).

    Kelsey Mitchell (16.3) and Caitlin Clark (16.2) essentially share Indiana's scoring lead, while Clark adds a team-leading 6.9 assists and 1.3 steals. Aliyah Boston averages 12.9 points and 8.3 rebounds, and NaLyssa Smith 11.8 points and 7.1 rebounds. When the Fever hold the opponent to 84 or fewer points, they win. When the opponent reaches 85, Indiana loses.

    Las Vegas has won four straight, and has scored at least 85 in each. Olympians A'ja Wilson (26.9 points, 11.1 rebounds, 2.3 blocked shots), Jackie Young (18.9 points, 5.4 assists) and Kelsey Plum (17.3 points, 5.1 assists) lead the way.
