The Las Vegas Aces selected Dyaisha Fair with the 16th overall pick in the 2024 WNBA Draft. The former Syracuse superstar made the initial roster, but was ultimately waived just a few games into the Aces' 2024 campaign.

Fair is now on to the next chapter of her basketball career.

The NCAA's third all-time leading scorer is heading overseas to play for Maccabi Haifa of the Israeli Female Basketball Premier League, the team announced on Monday.

Fair transferred to Syracuse after beginning her collegiate career with three seasons at Buffalo. The Rochester, NY native led the Orange to the second round of the NCAA Tournament this past season.

“She just has a whole lot to learn and she’s playing the hardest position on the floor,” Aces head coach Becky Hammon said of the team's decision to cut Fair earlier this year.

Fair finished her five-year collegiate career with 3,403 total points, trailing only Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Plum.
