The Las Vegas Raiders held their fourth practice of training camp on Monday, meaning we got to see the quarterback competition in action once again.

Aidan O'Connell and Gardner Minshew have been splitting first-team reps all offseason, and Minshew received most of the opportunities with the starters on Monday, according to Tashan Reed of the Athletic.

After struggling with turnovers during the first week of camp, O'Connell and Minshew had a turnover-free practice, as there were no reports of either quarterback putting the ball in harm's way. Though the pair took care of the football, Las Vegas' offense was still poor and out of sync.

According to Vincent Bonsignore of the Las Vegas Review-Journal , the Raiders went full field instead of working primarily in the red zone and the quarterbacks were faced with a lot of pressure and the defense got the best of the offense.

Vic Tafur of the Athletic added that Las Vegas held four team drills on Monday, two of which were scripted and two of which were not. Both quarterbacks struggled under pressure and were unable to create any offense as a result.

Monday wasn't a positive sign in the Raiders' quarterback dual. Obviously, the offensive line's poor performance isn't their fault, but neither quarterback has separated themselves from the other.
