Raiders starter says the media isn't doing Davante Adams any favors with recent video clip

The Las Vegas Raiders have been all in the news as of late with yet more drama, just when you thought all of that was out of the window when Josh McDaniels was fired and Antonio Pierce was hired. And, the worst part is, it's the same drama and rumors that just frankly aren't true.

It's all about Davante Adams, and, it makes sense to an extent. Everyone wants the dude on their team. He's the best receiver of the last 10 years, and I'm not sure that's really up for debate. Then, everyone is seeing videos of him upset from last season on a show called 'Receiver' on Netflix , so that certainly doesn't help either.

The show effectively brought back the rumors that Adams wanted out of Las Vegas, even though he has since been screaming from the mountaintops that he in fact does not. His agent has also said that he isn't going anywhere. But, hey, I guess that's what happens when you go on a TV show.

"That's ball," cornerback Nate Hobbs said. "I feel like that Netflix series, they did what they did. The media likes to cut parts, they don't show all the positive or all the negative. Tae is an amazing teammate."

The Netflix show does provide us with a great inside look at a lot of things that we don't necessarily think about. We got to see a side of Davante Adams that we have really never seen, mainly because he does so well at keeping the family out of football. Seeing these guys as humans and parents, and not just these people that are looked at as superheroes is a great part of the show.

As Antonio Pierce said , these players signed up for this show, knowing what it was going to be. That's the downfall of it. For Adams, he didn't expect to have such a crazy season, one that would see him have a coaching change and a QB change. But, hey, that's the NFL.
