London Woman Arrested on Public Intoxication and Disorderly Conduct Charges
Laurel County Sheriff John Root says Deputy Zach Allen was dispatched to a home off Justice Lane where a woman was reportedly intoxicated, throwing things and cursing at neighbors. Upon arrival at the scene deputies found 57-year-old Rhonda McQueen yelling at neighbors. Deputies also detected a strong alcohol odor coming from her and determined that she was under the influence. McQueen was arrested and charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and disorderly conduct. She was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.

Laurel County Police Looking For Theft Suspects
Laurel County Sheriff John Root says they’re asking for help identifying suspects in a reported theft. Investigators are searching for a woman and man involved in a reported car theft from a business parking lot off KY-770, about 10 miles south of London. The theft occurred Friday morning at around 4:45 am. Anyone with information is asked to contact Deputy Joe Breeding at the Laurel County Sheriff’s Office at 606-864-6600.

London Man Arrested for Criminal Trespassing, Public Intoxication and Others
Laurel County Sheriff John Root says Deputy Zach Allen, K-9/Sgt. Gary Mehler and Deputy Daniel Reed were called out to a home off West Laurel Road where a man was reportedly banging on the door demanding to be let inside. When deputies arrived at the scene, they found 28-year-old Franklin Keeling of London in the front yard and determined he was under the influence. As he was being arrested, Keeling tried to pull away and flee, but was taken into custody. Keeling was wanted on two outstanding warrants. In addition to those warrants, he was charged with criminal trespassing, public intoxication – controlled substances, resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and menacing. He was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
