2024 graduate Isabella Whittaker will be traveling to the Paris 2024 Summer Olympic Games after earning a spot in the U.S. Olympic Team’s 4x400 relay pool. Whittaker, from Laurel, Maryland, competed in the 400 meter at the recent U.S Olympic Trials in Eugene, Oregon, and finished sixth with a time of 50.68.

WASHINGTON - Police in both D.C. and Prince George’s County are investigating the theft of three dogs, taken from their owners at gunpoint over the weekend. In D.C., police say the dog was stolen Saturday night on Fort Davis Street in Southeast. In Prince George’s County, the theft happened around 4:30 p.m. Sunday. Both dog owners say a gun was involved.
