ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — Deputies in Ross County are investigating the alleged theft of over $2,000 by a Family Dollar employee. According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded to the Londonderry Family Dollar after receiving a report of the alleged theft. Deputies reportedly spoke to the manager, who claimed that over the course of 2 1/2 months, an employee had allegedly been stealing cash from the store. The manager stated that the employee would reportedly cancel transactions and pocket the money.

ROSS COUNTY, Ohio — A 36-year-old man from Seattle, Washington, has been charged in connection with a wrong-way crash that occurred earlier this week in Ross County. The incident, which unfolded on July 23, 2024, prompted a response from the Ohio State Highway Patrol (OSP) to US-35 in Concord Township. According to OSP reports, a 2011 Toyota Scion XD was traveling eastbound on US-35 when it veered off the left side of the roadway into the median.
