Skanska Tops Out 324-Unit Kaye in Seattle’s Belltown Neighborhood
31-story multi-family tower targeting LEED Gold, Salmon-Safe, Fitwel, and WiredScore Gold certifications. Seattle, WA (July 19, 2024) – Skanska, a leading global development and construction firm, today announced it has topped out Kaye, its 260,619 square foot, 31-story, multi-family tower located on the 2200 Block of Fourth Ave in Seattle’s Belltown neighborhood. Skanska is both building and developing the residential tower, which includes 6,100 square feet of neighborhood “living room” spaces and ground floor retail. Construction on Kaye began in Winter 2023 and is expected to be completed in 2025.

The Art in the Garden festival is a one-day free event where a group of artists set up booths at the Ballard P-Patch. SEATTLE - Police launched a vehicular homicide investigation after a man was killed in Seattle’s Lake City neighborhood on Monday morning.
