Development brand Lifestyle Communities is bringing one of its restaurant brands to the Lebanon community in association with its LC Lebanon development along Franklin Road, set to open in 2025.

LC Lebanon will include luxury apartments and townhouses along with greenspaces, a resort-inspired pool and its restaurant brand, The Goat Restaurant and Bar . This will be the 11th location to open for The Goat and the fifth in the Greater Nashville area.

The menu features weekend brunch as well as daily items such as power bowls, tacos, pizza and American-inspired main dishes. The associated bar serves cocktails, beer and wine.

Lifestyle Communities is not new to the Nashville community. It already has four communities in the area, including LC Germantown, LC SoBro, LC Murfreesburo and LC Mount Juliet. It also owns communities in Columbus, Ohio; Raleigh-Durham, North Carolina; Charleston, South Carolina; Austin, Texas; Denver, Colorado; and Tampa, Florida.

The brand also owns Morning Ritual , a coffee shop chain that is embedded in some of its developments. The menu features breakfast and upscale coffee offerings. Lifestyle Communities plans to include a Morning Ritual spot inside LC Lebanon in addition to The Goat, according to plans on its website.

What Now Nashville has reached out to Lifestyle Communities for more information on their plans and timeline but has yet to receive a response. Stay tuned for updates on this upcoming location.
