LEESBURG, Va. (DC News Now) — Midfielder Adellatif Aboukoura, goalkeeper Hugo Fauroux and head coach Ryan Martin all land on the United Soccer League team of the week for week 17.

Aboukoura not only lands on the team of the week for week 17, but he was also one of four players nominated for the USL Championship Midseason Fan’s Choice Young Player of the Year award.

The 19-year-old has recorded four goals from attacking midfield to help power Loudoun into serious playoff contention while recording 23 shots and 11 shots on target.

Goalkeeper Hugo Fauroux has also been named to the team of the week for his strong play in week 17. Fauroux has been a critical part of the club’s current six match unbeaten streak and had also posted five clean sheets on the year.

Head coach Ryan Martin also lands on the USL team of the week after an impressive 2-0 victory over Tampa Bay Saturday. Martin and his club have a chance to extend their unbeaten streak to two months if they can come away with a win over Hartford Athletic Wednesday.

Loudoun United has not lost a game since May 12th. Their next match after Wednesday will be on July 13th.
