Priest found guilty of sexual abuse under canon law
SCRANTON, Pa. — A priest from the Diocese of Scranton has been found guilty under canon law of the sexual abuse of two minors. According to a statement from the Diocese of Scranton, Monsignor Joseph P. Kelly was placed on administrative leave after being accused of sexual abuse in 2020 and 2023.
