PARSIPPANY — Samantha M. Lowe was among the nearly 70 members of The University of Scranton’s class of 2024 who participated in the Jesuit school’s Donning of the Stole Ceremony. Unityville, Pa. — A Unityville man is being charged for allegedly following another man with a pipe and using it to damage his truck.
