SCRANTON, Pa. (WOLF) — Two mosquitoes in Scranton have been discovered to be carrying the West Nile Virus. According to West Nile virus coordinator for Lackawanna County, Rocco Genovese, the positive mosquito samples were collected on July 16 in South Scranton and the East Mountain section of the city.
