In a groundbreaking move to inspire and rehabilitate inmates, the Genesee County Jail officially opened its state-of-the-art music studio, with a little help from country rap sensation Jelly Roll. City of Grand Blanc requesting new parks millage
GRAND BLANC, Mich. (WJRT) - The Grand Blanc City Council approved a ballot question Thursday for voters to consider a millage that would provide additional funding for parks. The proposed half-mill tax would last 10 years and start next summer. The money would go towards the benefit, operation and maintenance of parks in the city of Grand Blanc.
