SARATOGA SPRINGS — Saratoga Hospital wants to build a new “Center for Successful Aging” near its main campus that would function as a one-stop shop for local seniors. CORNWALL — A Salisbury man was cited for driving with a criminally suspended license after his tractor struck a telephone pole on Cross Road near VT Route 30 on July 19.
