ELIZABETHTOWN | If people were dogs, then those who have recently used the manifold activities or facilities of the Elizabethtown Social Center, their tails would be vigorously wagging and also loudly barking for joy. Staff from the dog pound would have to be dispatched to the center due to the joyful deafening howls. Police: Saratoga Springs woman crashed car while drunk. A Saratoga Springs woman is accused of driving drunk, crashing her car and fleeing into a nearby home. The crash happened just after midnight Wednesday morning in the area of Northern Pines Road in Wilton. Shana M. Firenze, 39, hit another car and then ran into a nearby house, State Police said. Firenze did not know the homeowner.
